INGREDIENTS:
- Shredded ginger -1/2 cup
- Shredded garlic-2 Tsp
- Tomato paste -1/4 cup
- Tamaraind water-1/4 cup
- Redchilli powder
- Jaggery
- sesame oil
- Red chilly
- Mustard seeds
- Urad dal
- Curry leaves
- Salt
Directions:
- Heat a pan add sesame oil
- Add redchilly ,mustard,urad dal ,hing and curry leaves
- Then add shredded ginger,let it cook for 5 min
- Then add shredded garlic and saute it well
- Then add tomato paste,saute it for 5 min
- Then add redchilli powder and let it cook for 5 min
- Then add salt and tamarind water and cook it for 5 min
- finally add jaggery and let it cook in low flame for 5 min
