GINGER PICKLE

INGREDIENTS:

  • Shredded ginger -1/2 cup
  • Shredded garlic-2 Tsp
  • Tomato paste -1/4 cup
  • Tamaraind water-1/4 cup
  • Redchilli powder
  • Jaggery 
  • sesame oil 
  • Red chilly
  • Mustard seeds
  • Urad dal
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt












Directions:

  • Heat a pan add sesame oil
  • Add redchilly ,mustard,urad dal ,hing and curry leaves
  • Then add shredded ginger,let it cook for 5 min
  • Then add shredded garlic and saute it well
  • Then add tomato paste,saute it for 5 min
  • Then add redchilli powder and let it cook for 5 min
  • Then add salt and tamarind water and cook it for 5 min 
  • finally add jaggery and let it cook in low flame for 5 min
